  30.           The iSup developper hereby agrees to receive freely from Gauthier
  31.           H.  Groult the  computer software named  "iSup Release  1.15" for
  32.           purposes of  review and  public software developpement  only, and
  33.           unconditionally accepts  the following terms  as bindings between
  34.           the two parties:
  35.  
  36.           1.  The iSup  developper  will not  distribute, publish,  produce
  37.           copies  of, or  make  any public  usage  or display  of the  said
  38.           software or its documentation,  or parts of it, unless a specific
  39.           written authorization is delivered by Gauthier H. Groult.
  40.  
  41.           2. The iSup developper will only use the said software to produce
  42.           freeware or  shareware freely distributable software,  or for his
  43.           personal use. This agreement in no way allows the iSup developper
  44.           to produce  commercial software of any sort, may  it be public or
  45.           private, with the iSup package.
  46.  
  47.           3. Gauthier  H. Groult reserves the  right to refuse registration
  48.           to any applying iSup developper  and to terminate at any time the
  49.           registration of any registered iSup developper.
  50.  
  51.           4. This  agreement is limited  solely by the terms  herein and is
  52.           governed by the laws of the country of France.
